I didn't order from the lamoda website I order them off of dolls kill and it arrived fine, but the size 5 fits like a size 5.5 :/

Nice shoes but terrible customer service! No response to emails, chasing them through Instagram over 2 months finally got a refund but they charged more to refund than their website states!

Got my shoes quickly (one week, had 5-15 days delivery), and they fit perfectly and look exactly as they do on the website.I only ever got the order confirmation email, and I did send them an email, but never got a reply.So yeah they do have bad customer service, but at least I'm glad I got my shoes in time and they were not damaged or anything like that.

I placed a order 16/3 paid 50 pound. Recieved an email do I want a refund or replace .I replied replace never heard anything. So message / emailed i want money and done another order 26th march for 52.00 recieved email parcel out for delivery. Still not recieved. 102 pound out of pocket and still not recieved any response. Terrible customer service. Think I'm now gonna have to report. RECIEVED MY ORDER DAUGHTER HAPPY. BUT THEY STILL NOT REFUNDED ME THE 50 POUND FOR FIRST ORDER STILL ANOTHER 4 EMAILS AND THEY STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.

I ordered the "Game Of Love Platform High Ankle Boots" and they are an amazing fit and being vegan, having high quality products which are vegan friendly are difficult to find. I love the red hearts on the boot and they really go well with any outfit.

I ordered my package about two months ago and have had no word on whether it is being shipped or simply what happened. I have contacted them multiple times and have only received a vague answer once that they will process my order shortly. They have horrible customer service.

Scam company and bad customer service, they won't respond to your emails and they won't send your order, avoid.

The delivery was a little late but I didn’t mind because the product id purchased was not available and mid of holiday season. However the knee high boot did not fit my calves (I am size 14) so if ur a size bigger or even smaller with thick calves. Trust me. It won’t fit you. I had to ask for a refund. Over all the quality seems very good.

I bought a pair of platform boots because I hate heels but love feeling tall. So amazing and comfortable!!!! Arrived really quickly. I was a bit apprehensive because there were lots of negative reviews but it wasnt true. They arrived really quickly.

Lamoda promise me some presents to my order and a discount code because it took sooo long for the shoes to arrive. They lie. The code I received doesent work und I have no presents. But at least i have my shoes after a month. But I dont like lies that is not okay

It has been nearly a month sinds i ordered 200 euros worth of shoes on their black friday sale. I'm deeply disappointed and also don't understand it at all, because i've ordered from them once before, and that time i got my package in 3 days, while living in The Netherlands, with normal shipping. It's unacceptable, I hope i receive my shoes very soon, but now all the excitement is gone, and im very sad about it.
